In December 2017, Bryn Oliver joined Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. as a Principal of their Brokerage and Property Management companies and a founding partner of Capital Commercial Investment Services (CCIS). Prior to joining Capital, Bryn spent 10 years with a competing global real estate brokerage and property management company, where he was recognized as a top producer while specializing in the area of investment services. Bryn has amassed a significant portfolio of investment brokerage experience while working with many of Canada’s largest institutional and private real estate investors, having completed some of the largest single asset and portfolio investment sales throughout both Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Together with his CCIS partners, Bryn and the team have generated in excess of $1.5B in transaction volume and are recognized as market leaders within the Canadian Prairies.
