Calvin Polet co-founded Neptune Properties Inc., a Winnipeg-based family office whose main investment focus is commercial real estate, in 2002. The wholly-owned portfolio consists of 32 institutional-grade industrial, retail, and office assets totaling over 1.5 million square feet across Western Canada, and Minnesota. Neptune’s real estate operations are focused on asset and portfolio management, with the leasing and property management of its portfolio being outsourced to professional service providers in local markets. Neptune is also partnered in two Manitoba-based food processing companies in which Calvin has responsibility as a director. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the IH Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and the ICD.D designation.
