Calvin Polet Co-Founded Neptune Properties Inc., a Winnipeg-based family office whose main investment focus is commercial real estate, in 2002. Neptune’s real estate operations are focused on asset and portfolio management, with the leasing and property management of its portfolio being outsourced to professional service providers in local markets. The wholly-owned portfolio consists of 18 institutional-grade industrial, retail, and office assets totalling over 1 million sq. ft. in Winnipeg, Saskatchewan, and Minnesota. Neptune is also a partner in, and asset manager of, GMW Properties Ltd., which has 11 industrial properties in 8 Western Canadian markets. As President of Neptune, Calvin provides leadership to the office and is responsible for strategy, acquisition, disposition, and finance.
