Cheryl Taylor is the General Manager of the Richardson Centre for BGO, a premier real estate asset encompassing over 500,000 square feet of Class A and Class B office space at Winnipeg’s iconic Portage & Main intersection. Joining BGO in November 2024, she directs property management, commercial leasing, building operations, the Richardson Concourse, and the center's parking facilities. With over two decades of industry expertise, Cheryl previously oversaw a large portfolio of owner-occupied and multi-use properties throughout Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. Cheryl sits on the BOMA Manitoba Board of Directors and its Advocacy Committee and previously served on the board for IFMA Manitoba. Cheryl is a graduate of RRC Polytech and holds both the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation from BOMI and the Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation from IFMA.
