Dan Bockstael is CEO of Bockstael Construction, a fourth-generation family business that has been building on the prairies for over a century. Recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies and a Top 40 Canadian Contractor, Bockstael is known for providing an exceptional customer experience.

Dan has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering. He is a Past Director with the Winnipeg Construction Association and a current member of the Manitoba Business Council and the Winnipeg Impact Network Council, and Co-Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Housing Council. Dan is also a volunteer mentor with the Wiitahnookiinitaw Tahshkayzing Entrepreneurship Centre and a father to three young children.

Working in construction since he was a teenager, Dan rejoined Bockstael in 2011, focusing on Estimating and Preconstruction. Progressing through leadership roles, Dan became CEO in 2025. With a background focused on cost, Dan brings extensive hands-on experience assisting clients optimize their plans, meet funding requirements, and deliver profitable projects.
