He brings 25 years of experience in the financial sector to his role as Manager of Business Banking, with a predominant focus on real estate in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. One of Dave’s areas of expertise is in multi-family development under the CMHC financing programs, financing over $375 million over the past year with the majority under the CMHC MLI Select program. His work is defined by forward-thinking innovation and building strong connections with members and colleagues. Dave invests in his community by volunteering as a coach for multiple sports, which allows him to spend more time with his active kid.
