Dawn Pagel is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Dawn is Director of Leasing for Western Canada with SmartCentres. She has been involved in leasing more than 35 shopping centres stretching from Manitoba to BC. As a result of working with a national fully integrated REIT, Dawn is plugged into both local, regional and national retail trends and is an expert in her field. She is well-respected and known throughout the industry for the strong relationships she has built with both tenants and brokers and is recognized for her hard work and dedication. Dawn began her career as a tenant representative acting on behalf of numerous national tenants across Canada, which provides a unique perspective and approach to deal-making.
