Ron Penner has been with Globe since 1981. He received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1993 and went on to obtain his Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 2002. Ron recently completed a 2 year term as Senior Vice President on the board of the Institute of Real Estate Management, he previously served a 3 year term as vice president on the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Canada (Region 14). He is also a past president of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), having served on the national board 2011 – 2016 serving on a number of committees. He has co-chaired the International Forum for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has previously presented at the IREM Fall Leadership Conference. Ron has been a member of the Professional Property Managers Association of Manitoba for many years, previously serving as a board member for eight years, four years as President.
