Glenda joined True North Real Estate Development (TNRED) in 2017 during the design and construction of True North Square. With more than 25 years of experience in the building and transportation sectors, Glenda’s project management background in construction includes other large-scale urban infrastructure projects such as the Disraeli Bridges Project, the RBC Convention Centre Expansion, and the Wawanesa National Headquarters. In her current role, Glenda is responsible for the coordination of resources, and oversight of design and construction teams for the delivery of TNRED’s projects, including the Portage Place Redevelopment. Glenda’s ability to forge strong relationships with project teams, including design consultants, contractors and subtrades has led to successful outcomes on a diverse range of projects. Prior to joining True North Real Estate Development, Glenda was with a consulting firm specializing in professional project management. Her experience includes working at an engineering consulting firm, with roles on both design-build and Public-Private-Partnership (P3)projects. Glenda also worked in the provincial public sector for ten years.
