Jamie McPetrie is Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young's Winnipeg office, where he leads a team of 18 commercial real estate professionals. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has played a key role in some of Winnipeg's most significant commercial real estate transactions, advising institutional landlords, national corporations, private investors, and developers across a broad range of asset classes.

With more than 25 years of commercial brokerage experience, Jamie is recognized for his strategic approach to leasing, investment sales, and off-market opportunities. A consistent top producer, he is known for building long-term client relationships, identifying creative solutions, and helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence.

Before joining Avison Young, Jamie worked with Sun-X Properties, where he gained hands-on experience in the design and project management of industrial developments. That foundation provided valuable insight into the development process and continues to inform his practical, market-driven approach to commercial real estate.
