Jen Jacobsen is Director of Multi-Family Properties at Ladco Company Ltd., a role she has held since 2022. In this capacity, she oversees a portfolio exceeding 2.4 million square feet.

With more than two decades of experience in property management and operations, Jen brings a broad and well-rounded background across multi-family, single-family, and commercial real estate, having held progressive roles since 2004.

Jen has maintained her CPM candidacy with the Real Estate Institute of Canada since 2014. She attended Providence University College and has contributed to the industry through her involvement with the Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA), where she previously served as a Board Member and Chair of the Education Committee. She currently serves on the BOMA Board of Directors.

In addition to her professional work, Jen is committed to community initiatives and has supported Habitat for Humanity through her volunteer efforts.
