John Stroich is President of LS Properties and Green Valley Management. John’s expertise includes identifying property opportunities, acquisition, syndication, development, finance, and asset management activities. John is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager). LS Properties was founded in 2005 with a focus to strategically acquire institutional quality commercial income properties and add value through exceptional asset management. LS Properties has executed an aggressive yet disciplined growth strategy in acquiring over 60 commercial buildings representing over 2 million sq. ft. of industrial, service based retail and mixed use properties. LS Properties has a strong track record of building relationships & delivering exceptional results.

John began acquiring income properties as a young teen. After playing for the U of M Bison’s Hockey team and graduating from Asper School of Business John founded Green Valley Management and then cofounded LS Properties.
