Katie Hall Hursh, LLB ICD.D, is a seasoned business leader specializing in strategic and legal guidance, with a strong background in corporate governance and business development. As Vice President and a member of the executive team at The Megill-Stephenson Company Limited, she oversees portfolio growth across the company's diverse group of businesses—spanning large-scale real estate development, healthcare, sports & entertainment, and automotive sales—and serves as director and corporate secretary for several of its investment companies.

Deeply committed to the Winnipeg community, Katie is the inaugural chair of the Winnipeg Impact Network (WIN), a leadership council dedicated to advancing the city's economic and social prosperity, and a managing partner of the Women's Equity Lab (Manitoba), a women-led investment fund supporting early-stage businesses. She also chairs the boards of Balmoral Hall School Foundation and the Health Sciences Centre Foundation, which supports innovative healthcare delivery at Manitoba's largest hospital.

A mother of three young children, Katie is passionate about supporting causes and business initiatives that help build a better future.
