Mr. Luke Cain is a Principal at Canada ICI Capital Corporation, one of Canada’s largest and most respected commercial real estate finance firms. Over the past five years, Mr. Cain has helped originate and fund of over $6.0 billion of new commercial mortgages, predominantly in the multi-family asset class. Mr. Cain holds a B.A. (Economics) from Union College (New York), and an M.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Cain has extensive experience in the real estate financing industry as a result of his senior role at Canada ICI Capital Corporation.
