Matt Glavin is the Manger of Land Development at Terracon Development Ltd. He oversees the real estate development projects within the portfolio of Terracon Development Ltd. Matt joined Terracon Development Ltd. in 2012.


Matt is the current President of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) Manitoba Chapter – the voice of the land development industry in Manitoba that represents the professional land development industry. Matt graduated with a Master of City Planning Degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Registered Professional Planner the Canadian Institute of Planners.
