Nigel Furgus is the President and Co-Founder of Paragon Design Build and Paragon Living. Under his leadership, Paragon has become one of the largest developers of infill real estate in the City of Winnipeg. His company currently has over 30 projects under development valued at more than $290M. He leads a team of over a dozen employees as well as a host of vendors and contractors on every project. Nigel is recognized as an expert in innovative infill development, and he also owns two hotels and 30+ commercial and residential properties in Winnipeg.
