Paul Bedard is the Chief Operating Officer of Edison Properties and provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the operations of a diverse real estate portfolio comprised of over 5,000 residential suites and 350,000 square feet of commercial space across 27 properties in Winnipeg. He oversees capital projects, residential and commercial operations, building maintenance, and purchasing.

Prior to this role, Paul was the Interim President overseeing the organizational transformation from a family-owned business to institutional management and governance by a board of directors.

With nearly 20 years in industry, his career spanned across a wide range of sectors from real estate, engineering, logistics, and facilities management. Paul held senior leadership positions with Purolator and Parmalat, managing multi-site maintenance and engineering operations across Western Canada. He excels at aligning operational execution with long-term organizational goals; delivering measurable improvements in performance, culture, and sustainability.
