Phillip Dunphy is the Director of Finance at Neptune Properties, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic financial direction. With a sharp focus on sustainable growth and risk management, Phillip oversees the financial decisions inherent in Neptune’s diverse real estate portfolio, which includes properties across Western Canada and Minnesota. During his tenure, Neptune has maintained its long-standing strategy of targeted organic growth, consistently achieving justifiable returns through competitive financing structures and quality property acquisition. He maintains that the key to sustainable profitability at Neptune has been its values of relationships, pride, and growth. Those values have led to rock solid relationships with financial partners.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Phillip brings over 10 years of experience in real estate finance, specializing in the valuation, structuring, and acquisition financing of property deals. His expertise in considering tax implications and financing opportunities has been instrumental in enhancing Neptune’s operational efficiency and profitability.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Phillip is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves as the President of Volunteer Manitoba and the Treasurer of Food and Beverage Manitoba, where he champions initiatives that drive social impact and economic development. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.
