Rennie Zegalski is a Founding Partner in commercial real estate brokerage firm Capital Commercial Real Estate Services. He brings over 25 years of expertise in the Canadian commercial real estate market and is well connected to the business community. He is currently Board Chairperson of The Forks North Portage Partnership, Past Board Chairperson of the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada, Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Manitoba, Past Chair of the Winnipeg Convention Centre; Past Chair of the West End Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone and Past-President of the University of Manitoba Alumni Association. In addition, Rennie served on the board of CentreVenture and the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ and other business and community boards. For the past few years, he has been hired as co-agent in the leasing of the Seasons of Tuxedo Shopping Centre / IKEA project, one of the largest shopping centre developments in Canada.

Rennie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba.
