Robert Scaletta has been a commercial real estate professional since 1999. He is one of Winnipeg’s premium industrial agents. His focus has been on sales, leasing and land development in the Industrial Market. Robert has been instrumental in assisting his clients in the development of the 150-acre Brookside Business Park, located in CentrePort Canada. During the past few years, Robert has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 500,000 sq. ft. of industrial properties, and the sales of over 400 acres of land.
