Rod Slaughter is a Vice President with Altus Group and leads the Manitoba team. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of both property assessment advocacy and property tax management, with a primary focus on commercial and industrial properties. Rod has conducted the reviews and appeals of the assessments for many A class and B class office buildings in downtown Winnipeg over the past several years, including the Richardson Building and 201 Portage Avenue, as well as most of Winnipeg’s Regional Shopping Centers including Polo Park. In addition to assessment appeal advocacy, Rod has also had involvement in other real estate consulting assignments including due diligence projects and consulting assignments involving in-depth market research and analysis.
