Ryan Behie is the founder and President of Behie Real Estate Inc., a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in Winnipeg specializing in retail. He holds the CCIM designation and brings 16 years of experience advising clients ranging from local private investors to Fortune 100 companies and publicly traded REITs on retail leasing and investment sales across Manitoba.

Prior to founding Behie Real Estate, Ryan spent 11 years with a leading global commercial real estate firm, including five years as Managing Director of the Winnipeg office. His notable retail assignments have included the $43 million disposition of Kildonan Crossing Shopping Centre on behalf of RioCan REIT, the leasing, advisory, and eventual sale of North Town Centre in Bridgwater, and direct engagement by national retailers including Lowe's and Sobeys to manage the disposition of their owned real estate assets.

That integration of leasing expertise and investment sales is the foundation of his advisory practice. Ryan founded Behie Real Estate on the principle of unbiased, boutique advisory work that puts the client's outcome first. He holds a degree in finance from the Asper School of Business and has been invited to speak on market conditions shaping Manitoba's built environment by the Winnipeg Free Press, 680 CJOB, BOMA Manitoba, and others.
