Sean O’Sullivan is the Vice-President and General Manager of the Ottawa and Winnipeg regions and is responsible for the Operations and Leasing of an office portfolio in excess of 3.2 million square feet.

Sean joined BentallGreenOak in 2000 after spending the early years of his career with Canderel, Oxford Properties, and Taggart Realty Management. Over the course of his career, Sean has been responsible for overseeing numerous major capital projects throughout his portfolio, the most significant of which was a $30M modernization of Sun Life Financial Centre, which is regarded as the top AAA office complex in the Ottawa market. This project included a complete renovation of all building common areas, the construction and integration of the centralized LRT stop into the complex, and the development and construction of Ottawa’s first Food Hall – Queen St Fare.
