Spencer Harris is a Vice President of Financing at Peakhill Capital and is responsible for loan origination across Western Canadian markets. He specializes in both conventional and CMHC insured loans including bridge, acquisition, refinance and construction.

Prior to joining Peakhill, Spencer was a Business Development Manager for Western Canada with a Toronto-based mortgage investment corporation focused on construction and special situation loans up to $10M.

Spencer is a graduate of the University of Manitoba where he studied Economics and Management.
