Steve Boulton is VP at Longboat, an architect with an MBA, focused in Real Estate and is currently the chair of the Winnipeg Urban Design Advisory Committee, a member or the Urban Development Institute Infill Committee, the Engagement Committee for the Associates at the Asper School of Business and an active supporter of the Department of City Planning at the University of Manitoba.

Steve is a builder; an architect, manager and real estate professional by training and education. His focus is on team building, stakeholder management, financial analysis and project delivery. Steve has always been driven toward creating value within the asset management paradigm and improving the places we inhabit.
