Trevor Clay is a Co-Founder, Broker and is a Principal of Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
He’s a leader in commercial brokerage services and has extensive experience working on property sales and leasing transactions in office, industrial, retail and apartments. He has completed close to $2 billion in commercial property sales and over six million square-feet in leasing assignments.
Trevor is also a co-founding member of Capital Commercial Investment Services Inc., a market leader in the commercial investment sales market in the prairies and is a member of the Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Canadian Capital Markets national team.
Trevor also has a strong sense of community involvement; he’s served as chair for Commercial Division of Winnipeg Realtors and is on the board of a directors at the Manitoba Real Estate Association, St. John’s Ravenscourt School and the Grace Hospital Foundation.
