Trevor Clay is Co-Founder, Broker, and Principal of Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., and Co-Founder of Capital Commercial Investment Services (CCIS), a market leader in commercial investment sales across the Prairie provinces. He is also a member of the JLL Canadian Capital Markets national team.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Trevor brings deep expertise across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily investment sales and leasing. He has completed more than $3B billion in sales across all asset classes, has transacted on over 7 million square feet of commercial leasing transactions, and has sold more than 5,000 apartment suites across the Prairies.

Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.

Trevor is also deeply involved in the Winnipeg community. He has served as Chair of the Commercial Division of Winnipeg REALTORS® and currently sits on the boards of directors of the Manitoba Real Estate Association, St. John's-Ravenscourt School, and the Grace Hospital Foundation.
