Lucy has worked at AstraZeneca for 15 years, where she has undertaken several different roles spanning from 9 years in HR leading large global talent acquisition teams and transformation programmes, to then moving into Strategy, Transformation, and Project Management in 2019. It was in this capacity that Lucy started working closely with the Global Sustainability and SHE team (Safety, Health, and Environment), leading the transformational change strategy for Operations SHE. In 2022, Lucy moved into a newly established role to head up the Global Wellbeing strategy for Operations, focusing on mental health prevention and helping to change the conversation our leaders have regarding health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Lucy is based in Cheshire with her husband, 2 young daughters, and cavapoo, and is very passionate about driving positive change to help everyone achieve their best mental health and wellbeing, free of stigma and inequality.
