Peter is a Partner and the COO at Hereford Capital, a start up asset manager, and also runs an operational consulting business, Axzam Consulting.

Peter has worked in the financial services industry since 1989. He has been a COO at several firms (covering a range of investment strategies), and has also headed Operational Due Diligence for an investor, before moving into consultancy with KB Associates. Prior to that, Peter worked in the investment banking industry in a number of senior operational and change management roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and ANZ. He has a BSc in Physics.
