How it works:

The showcase

  • 10 managers present in front of the audience and a panel of Allocator Judges
  • Each manager gets 4 minutes to present and 4 minutes of judge Q&A
  • The audience and judges score each presentation
  • At the end of the day, we’ll announce the top 3 managers according to both

The meetings

  • Each showcase manager has their profile highlighted on our event app
  • The platform is typically open a week before the conference date
  • Allocators and advisers can review profiles in advance and request virtual or face-to-face meetings
