Tanja covers Schroders Capital’s investment activities in Europe. Tanja leads the primary and co-investment activities in the UK and the Nordics, sourcing investment opportunities, developing the investment case and driving investment execution. Tanja manages a number of Schroder Capital’s first time funds and emerging managers.

Tanja is part of Schroders Capital’s ESG Committee involved in developing products which promote ESG characteristics in line with the EU’s SFDR Article 8 & 9 guidelines, adhering to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and creating an impact in green transition.

Tanja is also part of Schroders Capital technology and software specialization industry group, where she takes a leading role preparing market analysis and research in the sector, including participating in conferences. Tanja is responsible for several of the firm’s investments and relationships in that sector.
