Blaise Coleman is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive and board member with a distinguished track record of leading large-scale organizational transformations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ocugen, where he is the Audit Committee Chair. Blaise previously led Endo as President, CEO, and Board Member, where he executed a comprehensive turnaround plan that included significant operational improvements and a successful financial restructuring. Before his tenure as CEO, Blaise served as EVP and CFO at Endo. His extensive career also includes financial leadership roles at AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. Blaise started his career with PwC in their Pharmaceutical Assurance Practice. His background is rooted in financial strategy, capital management, and operational improvement. He earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his BS from Widener University.
