Dana has had more than 20 years inside of life sciences and biopharmaceutical transactions. He is now a partner leading the KPMG biopharmaceutical transactions practice. He has had two turns in BCG’s Transactions and Corporate Development practice and covered industrial serial acquirors for Lazard Freres. Current views on deals are most informed by more than 10 years on Pfizer’s Worldwide Business Development leadership team, running integrations, separations, corporate alliances and the corporate deal committee. While at Pfizer he built differentiated enterprise capabilities and current manages a private conclave of integration leaders of the top biopharmaceutical players. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an AB from Harvard College. His thesis was on city planning in archaic Greek colonies, but now lives in New York City.
