David Fisher is an Associate Director at KPMG US, where he leads large-scale innovation, strategy, and digital transformation efforts with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI). David has a deep understanding of AI and is a frequent speaker on the topic, regularly presenting to US and global leadership at KPMG and Fortune 50 (and beyond) executives.

In his role at KPMG, David is responsible for driving AI and responsible AI strategies for the audit practice. He also leads AI design, development, and implementation efforts and US and global algorithm assurance service development initiatives. Additionally, David recently led a responsible AI governance engagement for a Fortune 150 company.

David is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has prior experience as a lead senior on multiple large audit engagement teams and as a rotational data and digital transformation consultant.
