Ethan Holdaway is Vice President, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations at ProKidney. In this role, he oversees investor relations & communications, business strategy & development, and financial planning & analysis.

Prior to joining ProKidney, Ethan held cross-functional leadership roles at Radius Health, including Head of Investor Relations and later Head of Patient Experience following the company’s take-private transaction. In these roles, he oversaw investor communications and capital markets strategy and played a key role in business development initiatives. He subsequently led the Patient Experience team encompassing hub operations & analytics, clinical nurse education, and field reimbursement, integrating financial strategy with frontline commercial execution.

Ethan began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey. He holds a BS in Economics and a BA in French from Trinity College.
