Hikmete O’Brien is Controller at Laxxon Medical, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, where she leads global accounting and finance operations across the United States and Europe. Previously, Hikmete founded Tabard Consulting, advising international organizations, including public companies, on finance leadership, reporting frameworks, and organizational transformation across the United States and Europe.

Earlier in her career, she spent several years with PwC in Switzerland and the United States working with multinational healthcare and life sciences companies. She brings extensive international experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and global finance operations.
