Lee Van Horn is an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, bringing over 22 years of experience serving global and domestic companies in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical technology, pharmaceutical services and biotechnology sectors. He is dedicated to supporting clients through all facets of the firm’s services, including leading annual financial statement audits, quarterly reviews and group audits for global public companies. Lee offers expertise in technical accounting and SEC reporting and oversees audit, accounting, valuation and tax considerations on acquisitions, divestitures, complex debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings and internal control evaluations. He previously served as Health Sciences & Wellness National Partner Advisor for EY.

Lee is a member of the EY Health Sciences & Wellness Executive Network and has been recognized as a top instructor in the EY National Instructor Excellence Program.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and New York and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
