Lindsi is the Managing Partner of the CFGI’s New York office and is the New York Metro Life Sciences leader for the firm. Lindsi consistently works with clients to find solutions to complex accounting issues and provides a tailored approach that fits each client’s needs and circumstances. She has a successful history of supporting the needs of the office of the CFO including IPO readiness, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, controllership activities, process optimization, and various technical accounting support. Lindsi is a subject matter expert in collaboration arrangements and license agreements, consolidations, VIE assessments and non-controlling interests, joint ventures and equity method investments, and acquisitions. Before joining CFGI, Lindsi began her career at PwC in the audit practice where she served both public and private clients in a variety of industries.
