Lindsi is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Accounting Advisory practice, bringing nearly 20 years of experience advising Life Sciences organizations through complex financial and operational transformations. She specializes in supporting the CFO’s office, helping companies scale finance and accounting functions to meet the demands of evolving investor and regulatory environments.

Lindsi has deep expertise in IPO readiness, technical accounting, and strategic financial operations, with particular strength in license and collaboration arrangements common across the Life Sciences sector. Her experience includes leading complex technical accounting analyses, multi-currency consolidations, and the preparation of SEC-compliant financial statements. She has also served in interim Chief Accounting Officer and Controller roles, where she built and optimized accounting organizations, implemented global policies, and improved close and reporting efficiency.

Lindsi began her career at PwC in the audit practice, serving public, multinational clients, and later spent more than a decade at CFGI. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University, graduating with high distinction.
