Mark Solak is a partner with EY and leads their Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) regional life sciences practice. He has over 25 years of accounting and financial reporting experience as a consultant, auditor, preparer and financial analyst. Prior to joining EY, Mark was a director at Standard & Poor’s where he helped the corporate credit analysts assess the credit impact of complex transactions via expert interpretation of financial reporting and accounting. Mark has over 10 years of Big 4 audit experience including two years of national office experience where he helped engagement teams find accounting solutions to complex transactions.
