Matthew Rickert is the Director – Sustainability Controller at Solventum Corporation, a leading global healthcare company developing, manufacturing, and commercializing a broad portfolio of solutions to address critical customer and patient needs. Matthew manages Solventum’s compliance with global sustainability reporting regulations. To do so, he develops and operationalizes the internal infrastructure required to meet mandatory sustainability reporting and assurance requirements. This includes implementing and overseeing internal controls and processes that are necessary to meet the rigor of external reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Solventum, Matthew held roles at Ernst & Young LLP focused on both financial and non-financial audit and advisory services. Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and earned his B.S. of Public Accounting and B.A. of US History from Washington and Lee University.
