Michelle is a leader in Deloitte’s Controllership practice serving the Life Science industry. She has a passion for helping organizations solve complex challenges such as new accounting and regulatory standards, operating model design, and technology enabled process transformation.

Michelle serves as ESG Regulatory Readiness Champion for Deloitte’s Life Science practice. She currently leads cross-functional ESG programs at some of the largest global Life Sciences companies. Her regulatory readiness leadership includes CSRD double materiality and gap assessments, designing ESG operating models and defining resource needs, managing enterprise gap closure efforts, and designing and implementing processes for business-as-usual ESG reporting.

Michelle’s career has also included corporate technical accounting roles in the Life Sciences industry and time spent as an external auditor. She is a licensed CPA in the states of Illinois and New York.
