Mikkel Beck is Head of HR Services, Americas, bringing 15 years of senior leadership experience across finance, operations, general management, and human resources. Having lived in six countries and held roles with regional responsibility across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the CIS, Latin America, and North America, he combines global perspective with operational expertise to design and deliver scalable solutions across an enterprise. Mikkel led the establishment and operations of Novo Nordisk’s shared service center in Mexico City that was opened in 2024.
