Nicole Lemerond is a CFA charterholder and healthcare financial executive with more than 25 years of experience. She currently serves on the boards of MediciNova, Inc. as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee, GeoVax Labs, as a member of the Audit Committee, and InMed Pharmaceuticals, as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee. Earlier in her career, she worked in private equity and venture capital in the healthcare group at The Carlyle Group and in leveraged finance at Lehman Brothers, where she focused on the healthcare industry. Ms. Lemerond holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
