Tal is an award-winning executive who combines insights in technology, behavioral change, skill building, and human motivation to re-envision the status quo. Tal designs and leads AI workshops and AI Academies for executives across the globe, where he helps people understand AI and identify the most relevant use cases for their teams and organizations. Tal is also an expert in helping leaders and teams become better: He pioneered and launched numerous award-winning programs in the fields of leadership development, professional development, team dynamics, personal purpose/vision discovery, trust and relationships, coaching/mentoring, storytelling among many other related areas.

Before launching his independent practice, Tal spent three decades at EY, where he served as a Senior Partner and Chief Learning Officer. He led a large-scale learning organization responsible for delivering millions of learning hours each year to more than 100,000 professionals across the Americas. Tal is a CPA licensed in New York and Colorado. Tal is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver where he teaches in the Information Technology program, focused on Artificial Intelligence. Tal’s thought leadership has been featured at numerous conferences, symposiums and in newsletters and publications such as Harvard Business Review.
