Tara graduated LaSalle University in Philadelphia in 2005 with a BS in Accounting and post that became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

She has spent 7.5 years in Public Accounting at KPMG Philadelphia in Audit serving mainly manufacturing clients.

She has been at Sanofi for 12 years with the first few years spending time in US reporting doing financial analysis and technical accounting with a focus on North America’s key transactions. About 4 years ago, Tara transitioned into a Global Technical accounting transaction role where she was part of the Corporate Consolidation and Statutory reporting team whereby everyone is based in Paris France except myself. Her team is responsible for documenting from an IFRS and technical accounting aspect all key transactions globally including M&A, divestitures, in licensing IP, out licensing IP, etc, operating similarly to a Big Four consulting team would for key transactions.

She has sat on the AAG for PhRMA, not for profit based in Washington D.C.
