Tatiana is a transformative international business and finance leader with significant experience in tackling today’s complex challenges. Over nearly 30 years of global experience, she has acquired expertise in financial strategy, business model transformation, commercialization excellence, crisis navigation, and large-scale M&A integration. She has proven record in leading organizations through change, delivering bottom line financial performance and is known as a collaborative and inclusive matrix team leader, combining strategic thinking and ability to lead the execution. She is very passionate about people development and making difference in the life of others.

Tatiana is Corporate CFO at Alfasigma that she joined in January’24. Prior to that, she built her career during 15 years in Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) and 14 years in Procter & Gamble (P&G). Her last role in BMS was Senior Vice President of Finance for Commercialization providing financial leadership to 45+$Bln business. Prior to BMS-Celgene integration, she was leading Finance team in BMS in European Markets, Australia and Canada. Prior to that, she led BMS Business Insights & Analytics team in International Markets, building the team from scratch in order to drive competitive advantage through data-based decision making using the full range of insights & analytics tool. Immediately before, she held a Director position in BMS Business Development, in charge of leading strategic transactions processes, which include business analytics, negotiation with external counterparts and internal alignment with Senior Management. When she originally joined BMS in 2009, she led the finance organization in BMS Italy and played a key role in the affiliate transformation in line with the Biopharma strategy. Prior to BMS, she has built her financial and business expertise across multiple positions in Procter&Gamble in Russia and Italy working on key strategic businesses like Fabric & Home Care, Oral Care, OTC and Rx medicines. Tatiana is an advocate for diversity & inclusion.

In addition to her daily job, Tatiana is actively contributing to support our communities and patients by creating and participating in skill-based volunteering program in Africa and joining multiple cycling rides to raise funds for cancer research in four continents.

Tatiana is graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of Russia in Moscow, with a degree in International Economics.

She is multilingual, an avid reader and enjoys travelling across the world with her husband and three sons.
