Timothy Woo is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in complex accounting, M&A accounting and SEC reporting. Timothy currently serves as Controller at UroGen Pharma. Previous to joining Urogen, Timothy served as Director of Accounting Policy at WeWork, Senior Vice President of Accounting Policy at Citibank, and held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and at the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Timothy is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
