Jan Binon is Managing Director of Ariadnic, a fractional and interim CFO practice for MedTech and Biotech founders across Belgium, the EU and the UK. He first entered life sciences at PerkinElmer, spent more than a decade at blue-chip multinationals (including Duracell's carve-out from Procter & Gamble to Berkshire Hathaway), and returned in 2020 to lead the finance integration of Novosanis NV into NASDAQ-listed OraSure Technologies. Recent engagements include MRM Health's €55M Series B (Biocodex-led, 2025) and Idevax's €3M Series A (2024). His perspective spans both ends of the arc: the control environment of a NASDAQ-listed multinational, and the seed-to-Series B discipline of growing life sciences companies.
