Laura Guittard is Vice-President Global Finance Risk Management & Controls and ESG Reporting at GSK, where she oversees risk management and controls for global finance personnel and the enterprise risk 'Finance Controls & Reporting' on behalf of the CFO. She is accountable for responsible business reporting compliance and has designed and implemented an ESG reporting hub based primarily in India and partially in the UK, focusing on data collection, validation, consolidation, assurance coordination and external reporting. Her team provides support and guidance to markets complying with local ESG requirements, including recent ISSB adoption in Australia, Pakistan and the United States. A Chartered Accountant of Scotland with a BA in Business Administration from Strathclyde University, Laura moved to Paris with KPMG before joining Kraft Foods/Mondelez, where she held roles of increasing responsibility across five countries and three continents. She joined GSK in 2014 as VP Corporate Business Services – Finance Risk & Compliance, progressed to VP and Head of Global Finance Risk & Controls Centre of Excellence, and assumed her current role in 2023.
