Marc Siegel is Co-Founder of Metrix Advisory, Executive in Residence at Fordham University’s Responsible Business Center, and Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal. He helps boards and executives transparently communicate their company’s long-term value creation story across investor channels, both inside and outside regulatory filings. Marc served 10 years on the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and was a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) from 2019–2022. With deep experience spanning audit, buy-side research, policy, and consulting, he is recognized for leadership in financial statement analysis, sustainability reporting, and advancing corporate reporting as a tool for communication.
