Rebecca Donnellan is a Partner in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability practice, helping organizations embed sustainability into strategy, operations and reporting to drive long-term value creation. Based in London, she advises companies on navigating the evolving ESG landscape, with a focus on sustainable growth, stakeholder engagement, strategy and reporting. Prior to joining EY, Rebecca led sustainability for a global conglomerate operating across multiple sectors and geographies, giving her first-hand experience of translating sustainability commitments into business outcomes. She is a passionate advocate for value-led business and works closely with executive teams to ensure sustainability is integrated into decision-making, risk management and growth strategies.
