Saurabh Prakash Mishra is a Strategic CFO and corporate finance advisor specializing in biotechnology and life sciences. Over the past 15 years, he has advised biotech companies on fundraising, valuation, capital allocation, licensing, business development, and strategic decision-making. He has valued more than 50 early-stage biotech assets and supported numerous financing and partnering transactions.
